You know how we love emails and especially humor and fun, but positively HATE those telling you to "forward to 2 million people or else" (usually they say 5-20 or as many as you can.) Well today we got one we can agrre with and we will hare it with our readers-after editing of course! The request is perfect: "And if you don't send this to at least four people - who cares?
But do share this with someone" so here it is, over at CVN Weekly! It is good advice and fun.
1. Throw out those nonessential numbers. This includes age, weight,
height, money, number of arrests... Ok NOT Money!
Let the doctors worry about them. That is why you pay them.
3. Keep learning:
Learn more about the computer, crafts, gardening, whatever. Never let the brain get idle.
4. Enjoy the simple things.
5. Laugh often, long and loud. Laugh until you gasp for breath. And if you have a friend who makes you laugh, spend lots and Lots of time with HIM/HER.
6. Tears happen in life:
Endure, grieve, acknowledge and move on. The only person who is with you your
entire life, is yourself. LIVE while you are alive.
7. Surround yourself with what you love: Whether it's family, pets, keepsakes, music, book, plants, hobbies, movies or whatever. Your home is your refuge.
8. Cherish your health:
If it is good, preserve it.
I f it is unstable, improve it.
If it is beyond what you can improve, get help.
9. Don't take guilt trips.
Take a trip to the mall, the next county, to a fantasy
world, but NOT to where the guilt is. If ya gotta fix it, fix it! Just don't live there!
10. Tell the people you love that you love them, at every opportunity.
And if you don't send this to at least four people - who cares? But do share this with someone
"Love all, trust a few. Do wrong to none".
