It's a perfect day for racing. The track is fast, the vehicles and drivers ready and the weather fantastic: A light breeze spreads out from the CPU fan, clear Cybertown skies, no temperature to speak of, The racers are ready. Their fingers in position to guide the avatars around the track. It is a typical day in Cybertown.

sony_man10 gives the racing instructions to BusyLion, the motorcycle and Madrax_, the car ...

then moves forward to examine the two vehicles in this first race test.

sony_man10 positions himself to give the start. Hopefully, he will move a little to the side.

The race starts. CVN is up the track to capture the action. For self protection and safety, collision is turned off. Children are urged NOT to do this in Real life! Only professionals, experts, or 3D residents IN 3D should try this.

The vehicles approach, the race is close.

Madrax_ is clearly in the lead

But wait! Hold on... BusyLion is coming on strong

BusyLion suddenly appears to be in the lead. Who won? What happened? How did the race turn out? Highlight the section below to find out these little details of what really happened at Cybertown's first Race Track.

---------------------------------------
According to the chat, Madrax_ completed 10 fast trips around the track while BusyLion was bouncing around his first track, completing one trip. Madrax_ won and sony_man10 awarded each racer 100 CCs for their efforts. Madrax_ is used to quickly and accurately traveling around VRML spaces from his extensive experience in the Outlands. BusyLion, like CVN, found that moving around a track or 3D space can be hard work. Each hit on the race track wall or even on the inside barrier of the track causes drag, which slows down and can even stop the avatar. Fortunately no vehicles, people, animals or avatars were hurt, maimed or otherwise damaged in the making of this CVN exclusive feature. :D)
