Recently named Colony Leader of Sci-fi Colony Editme has a long resume of service to the city. He has served in multiple jobs, most recently as liaison to the council for the Cybertown Chiefs. His resume shows: Sponsor Team Member several Club Assistant positions, Club Owner , and of course his position as Colony Leader of Sci-fi and
membership on the City Council. editme holds the honor title of Knight Virtual.
Our CVN reporter dusttodust recently got together with editme, resulting in the following interview:

1- What made you decide to join CT?
editme, CL:
The wife pestered me to join as she needed a BD

2- how long have you been in CT?
editme, CL:
Since April 2001

So you would say she was an influence then and not a question.

Yes, otherwise I doubt very much that I would have joined a "chat site" back then

3- Have you ever gotten frustrated with your ascent in jobs in CT?
editme, CL:
I think that most jobs here are what you actually make of them
I have not been frustrated in any of my positions but have been frustrated sometimes when things don't go fast enough either due to red tape or things outside my jurisdiction

4- Did you and Webula meet in CT or was it a RL romance?
editme, CL:
nope we met before hand in RL

Okay. 5-What are your plans for the future of Sci-fi or CT for that matter now that you are on the council?
editme, CL:
Well I have been on Council for the past 18 months as Liaison to the Chiefs but now in the role as Colony Leader. Its just a title change. Plans for Sci Fi are many but bottom line is to make the colony fun and exciting. This will be due to a great team behind me taking care of events and tech issues. You will see changes on a monthly basis

6-Great What changes would you like to see made in CT if any?
editme, CL:
I would like to see the subscription lifted for basic entry into the city. Maybe the subscription could be implemented for those that wish to have a home, job, clubs and titles.

7- What is the greatest feature of CT in your opinion? And what are the greatest features of CT? Careful now this is a loaded question lol!
editme, CL:

I think the greatest feature that we have and many will disagree but I think its our security team keeping us safe and a family oriented site. We are the oldest chat site on the web and heyyy maybe numbers have gone down but we are still here and kicking.

okay is a good answer and I agree. Now this one you DO NOT have to answer: But would you like to see the Mayoral Election brought, and not that the current mayor is not doing a good job, but because many have asked me to ask this question! LOL My interviews are read by many in CT lol

I am all for open elections. We had them before for CERB, and I believe we had one Mayoral election. It boosts activity in the city and also keeps people involved in what is going on around them also. It shows that there is possibilities for someone to get a position on council

8- Should in your opinion the pay scale be raised in CT for all? Due to the high cost of auctions and such?
editme, CL:
I like stone as Mayor. He is very fair in all aspects, which is commendable.

Yes, the pay scale should be raised and is something that is being reviewed.

9- What in your opinion as a CL is the most important tool to you ?
editme, CL:
mmmm have to think about that one LOL. I think that the most important tool I have is to be able to implement ideas into a colony faster than if I was not a CL.

10- Now this one was meant for you and your wife but you can answer for both I will assume. Since you and Webula are a couple does any decisions you make spill over into your real life? And only one more question to go lol!

ooo oks. Only when it comes to going to a reunion lol Otherwise we both lead 2 separate lives in CT

11- What is your favorite ice cream and does Webula share the same likes?
editme, CL:
my favorite ice cream is vanilla pecan or chocolate chip webby prefers yogurt ice cream
