Hank Smith, Assistant in Publicity with Torcon3, tells us "The World Science Fiction Convention to be held August 28th-September 1st, 2003 in Toronto. I wish to spread the news of our event to related groups, and wish to have Torcon somehow listed on your site. Up to 6,000 people may attend, and the Hugo Awards are given there. Also Torcon will have a Masquerade, an Art Show, 1 or more Game Rooms, 1 or more LARPS, an Anime Room, a General SF/Fantasy Movie Room, and more!! More info can be found at
