City Wide CERB Elections Special from the Cybertown City Council
The Cybertown Equity Review Board is now accepting applications from candidates for election. An election has been scheduled for the full week from November 24 to November 30, 2003.
In preparation for this, we are asking those who wish to run for any of the five positions open to complete the application located at
http://www.phazite.com/cerb/applic.htm.
Once the application is submitted, it is sent to the C.E.R.B. Chief, wysiwym, and to Security to process the background check for verification of qualifications.
Applications are being accepted from now through Midnight, November 9, 2003. The campaign will run from November 10 through November 23, with the election held the next week.
Please note, this time there is a change in how the representatives are being selected. In the past, each colony elected their representative to C.E.R.B. That has changed and this election will now be city wide. Any citizen who is interested and qualified may apply to run, and then campaign for election. The top five candidates who meet the qualifications, with the greatest number of votes, will be chosen for the C.E.R.B. panel.
