Here is a Temporary Solution for Cache Problems
By webster2000 for CVN

Have you noticed that you cannot view messages that were just posted, or the changes you have made? Sometimes "reload" or "refresh", doesn't really work? One reason that happens is because of a cache problem. The "Cache" is all the files from a webpage that are saved on your computer. You can view them offline, or for faster and easier access online. But any changes made will not be displayed unless you clear you cache. To do this all you need to do if using Internet Explorer is click tools, Internet Options then click "Clear Temporary Internet files." In Netscape you need to click "view" then click preferences, DOUBLE CLICK advanced and then click cache, then click "clear memory cache" and finally click "clear disk cache". Using this method will allow you to view changes made. But, of course, if other messages are posted and you want to see them too, you may have to do this all over again.
