Today I'm going to try something different! A Mac Tip!!! Are you fed up with the finder in OS-X? Do you want to make it more customizable or just have it do more for you? Well then download Snax! Snax adds some great functionality to file browsing, but remains very easy to use.
Once you've downloaded Snax, simply drag it into your Applications folder! You can even set it to start up with the OS, but I would suggest you get to know the program first.
Some other great features of Snax is that you can compress and decompress files as you find them, make images, or even choose which applications you want to open which types of files (i.e. open HTML files in a text editor instead of a browser).
