Currently the ShadowCompound is adding changes to promote its self as the future resistance. Each row of blocks (each row currently contains 2 blocks) is now a house. An example would be Row 2 is now House of the Gargoyal. The Block Leaders are the Head of house for their respected block. Only one Block Leader may get an award which is given out to each Row's top working Block Leader.

     Each house now has a symbol. Some will include Unicorn, Dragon and Gargole. Award points are given to the Row with the most homes showing thier house symbol. The Row with the most points will get a prize ( though at this point in time the prizes are unknown. Here is the information we have been given about some of the changes which have not yet been finalized.

     There will be a term Cup, which will be awarded to the house with the most points point will be awarded for:

•Houses in a block = 1 point per house.
•Full block = 25 bonus points.
•Houses with a picture (houses with the house shield displayed will receive 5 points) = 2 points.
•A block event = up to 10 points.
•A House event = up to 25 points.
•House Report = 10 points.
•Block Report = 5 points Each.

•Houses needing deletion will lose the house 2 points.
•A picture needing unlocking will lose the house 1 point.

•••Points may also be awarded or taken away for good behaviour, hard work, or visa versa.•••

Many lifetimes ago, in this dark and dreary land, there were five brothers:

The oldest, Cadell, was strong and a warrior like his name implied ("spirit of battle"). He was dark, both of hair and eye, as were most of the men before him in his line. He was known for his firey temper and his abilities on thebattlefield. He looked forward to one day owning all the lands in his fathers possession. Rhys was born under a Gemini moon. He was passionate about everything and in his dealings with others. He was known to be rash. He was known to smile and then kick you when you turned your back to him. He was not trusted by most and this was clearly with good reason.

The middle child was Brice, with a temper like Cadell, but he chose to use it to his advantage. He was lean but powerful man. He was kind yet swift in dealing out his anger and with some justice. Iestyn, too was big, but quiet and profoundly just in his dealings. He preferred watching and listening to raging unlike his older brothers. There had been times when people thought he was dead as he never moved unless it was necessary.

The youngest son was fair and slim. He was Cedric. He was kind and good to all. He was much like his tender mother who had died giving birth to him. His name means 'beloved' and he was beloved of his father.

The father became ill with the sickness, and knew he was dying. Calling his sons unto him, he did something that was unheard of in the land. He gave each son an equal share of the family lands. This of course did not set well with Cadell, the oldest, who felt all should be his. Cadell raged at his father and also at his brothers. When their father died shortly thereafter, the brothers went their separate ways. Cadell vowed to have the land that Cedric had been given, as it was the most valuable. Cedric would have given the land to his older brother just to keep peace, but he knew there was a reason his father had left it to him instead.
