This issue continues our "pretty good" record of publishing weekly.
So read on and enjoy :) Be sure to come back next week or more often this week!
Our big news is: It is celebration time, our 75th anniversary issue! And all citizens are invited to come read ands play! Checkout IF Cybertown Were Real.
This week we have a late addition celebrating Memorial Day. Our Cybertown Special, Cybertown 2633 is up and stories and links will be added. There are also events and additions for you in the colony/hood section. Another virus article in Tech, pcfreakske has begun a review of how the heck the Internet started, also in our technology section. Check out our game reviews at the games section over at GameCheater's site, as well as our music section. And of course there IS a change in the Entertainment Council's meeting date. Put June 1 on your Cytonian calendar! Rkgbiolgst38 has lots of delectable goodies over in the WritingZone. We may be seeing issue 20 for a while, or the archives: or not. :) Here at CVN the Editor rarely knows what will happen until it does! Great peeps each and every one!! That RL thing does have a way of interfering for all of us. Hehe I have my first set of applications going into RL tomorrow(Friday) Movies has jumped back into our mix with the RETURN of Dolly66 *huggles*, otherwise we have Unka Jim who has 5? stories ready for web paging, if classof2001 and I can actually get straight and figure out what is actually done!. The Fun pages may soon be back, or not *shrugs*! Here at CVN we have lots of new activities and pages developing. All the CVN Deputies agreed everyone in management should have their own page or section! As we continue this dynamic experiment in Internet journalism look forward to more and varied content, lots of activities and neat contests from around the city.
Our focus is simple: fun, entertainment, good and reasonable content, and the improvement of writing. Our goal is to report the news in Cybertown that does not duplicate the Daily News or would be more appropriate for this magazine.
Job openings and possibilities are wide open. Anyone who wants to play, learn, grow, and work is welcome. A request for a job, or application and two contributions to our news organization that we publish in the Daily News or the Weekly News are required for Cybertown titles and virtual pay.(the only kind we can afford!)
