Film review:
Scooby Doo
By Divine_Miss_M

CVN Rating = A++
Over the past decade, we've seen movie remakes of several 60s' series; some good, some bad and some plain UGLY! However, when the commercials came out for the Scooby Doo movie, I KNEW I had to go see this one; after all, I grew up with the "precocious pup"!

I wasn't disappointed, either; I LOVE "Rooby Roo"! However, as far as THIS reviewer was concerned, Shaggy stole the show! I have LOVED Matthew Lillard (the actor who portrayed Shaggy) ever since I saw him in Hackers, and he does a WONDERFUL and believable Shaggy ! Freddie Prinze, Jr. was cast as blond, muscle-bound Fred, and I was happy to see that he did a great job! Egocentric Daphne was ably portrayed by Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy, the Vampire Slayer), and Linda Cardellini did a great job of portraying Velma! It was a thoroughly enjoyable way to spend 1 1/2 hours, and I loved it!

On a scale of "A-F", I'd give it an A++!
