Game Reviews

Battlemail Rating: A+

Battlemail is an online game played by mail. Here you can choose between 4 games: Joust, KungFu, Turkey Deatmatch and Soccer. Joust and KungFu are the most popular ones for the moment.

Joust: A+

Here you are a knight and have to fight your oponents by knocking them off their horses. By winning a game you gain experience and money. And with the money you can buy new equipment. Like lances, armor, shields and better horses.

KungFu: A

The name speaks for itself. In this game you are a kungfu specialist...or at least you try to become one. For every oponent you knock out, you again gain experience. You start with a white belt and go further to black belt. And eventually to Master Black Belt.

Turkey Deathmatch: C

The title sounds weird, but the game is strange! :) It's Christmas eve and 2 turkeys are left. Among the 2 turkeys is you. With an axe you will try to kill the other one, so that you don't become a Christmas dinner. Of course you gain experience with this.

Soccer: B

This is a soccer game. Well not quite. Here it's just about defending the goal from the penalties of the oponent and vice versa. You get points for scoring and for stopping a ball. The goal here is to become World Champion.

Cat Attack:
B+
This is the only game you can play as a single player or with others too. This game does need a different subsription than the other Battlemail games. The main goal? You are cat hunting! Shoot as many cats as you can. Not recommended for animal lovers ;)

Of course you are not alone playing these games. A lot of clans have been formed. Some are specialised in KungFu, others in Joust. For the moment these clans have invented "ROTOK" or "Romance Of The Kingdoms". This is just played for Joust. In each clan there is a King and Queen (sometimes a Prince and/or Princess). The idea is that every clan (kingdom) tries to capture the king/queen/prince/princess... And each kingdom has both an attack team and a defense team. Usually they also have some gate guards. It may sound a little difficult at first, but you have to get used to any game and the rules that they have. :)

You can even play Battlemail or KungFu on your cellphone. Just check out the site for more info about that possibility.

The interface of each game is naturally different for each game. You should get used to it very easily, through practice.

Warning!: you DO have to pay for this game. Of course you don't have to pay for each game separately. You just subscribe to Battlemail and then you can download all the games you want .
