[ writers note: These are my experiences in Cybertown and friendships I made in our virtual world - Pcfreakske2000-city nicknames are in bold and in italics ]

On the 22 June 2001 ( CT 2089 ) I joined this site named « Cybertown ». I read it somewhere in a computer magazine called « Network » here in Belgium ( the country I live in RL ). The article was about chatting and 3D worlds. So I paid ( not really, because it is free, LOL ) it a visit and joined it. At first my visits were once a day. Nowadays it can be twice or more times each day! I became a CT addict, LOL .

The first days were really a sort of « Oh my god, what’s this site » feeling. I was stunned it existed and wanted to be part of it.

As my CT days continued, I chatted with lots of people. My first CA job, was given by Panther_1978, who still is one of my many Cybertown friends. This first, so called « job », was really new to me. Panther’s club was about poetry and writing, and I needed to find more members for this club. It was a rather easy job, compared to some other jobs I took later in Cybertown.

A few days later, I got my first BD job, from Barbarian_Knight and it was a nice job too. I was in a block in Inner Realms colony, The Unknown block, in Divination hood. In those days I had much trouble with my computer, and therefore I was offline almost a month. But I was reinstated as a BD soon after I returned, by Synchro.

Barbarian_Knight resigned from the BL job he had and he expected to follow him, but I liked it where I was , so I stayed put. A new BL came along, his name was DarkKnight80.

I was always looking for more and higher jobs, and with that, the moving came along. As I got my first BL job in Virtual Worlds/Silicon Valley (the name of the hood back then, now it’s called Ports of Call ), I met up with SashaWulf and GRINIDINE. Later on I met up with Barbarian_Knight again when I got a BL job in Cyberhood/Rebel HQ/Rebel Fever. The NL at the time in Rebel HQ was Paladin07.Then the attacks on the WTC took place on September 11,2001. At that point I didn’t feel I could be in a Rebel HQ. So I quit that BL job and moved on. The next stop was a BL job in Sci-Fi/Star Trek . The NL there was jswartz.

In that hood, I met up with AzBarbie , a sweet, nice, girl, like most I have met, lol, and I’m a sweet, nice guy too, lol, that compensates, and even works! lol.

On 24 October, sooner, I guess, I met up with Seth_11 and jdb_educator and joined the CVN team. Those guys helped me a lot and are still doing so, thanks you guys for all the support you gave and still are giving me. As you can see many people were my friends and they still are now. I was amazed to experience my first stories were accepted, edited and published! A while later I got my CVN title. At this point, I had learned how to write in Cybertown, which amazed me and I still look back it that way. I have inproved and worked hard, and still do work hard as I’m writing this.

Also I have been BL in Teens/TeensSports hood, Paintball block, with the help of Nathaly I got the job. A while later or sooner, I don’t remember, I got a BL job in Games colony, Simulation Games hood, the block was named TopGun.

I have been ND twice in my CT life, first when I met Seth_11 and then with TheRock354, but those weren’t normal ND jobs. The ND jobs that I have had were special ones, with Seth_11 it was a News ND job in the Teens colony, Milestones hood.

With TheRock354 it was a Recruiting ND job in Gmaes colony, Board Games hood.

Then came some time when I had only my CVN jobs, earlier I had experienced it too.

But then I was given a BL job in Sci-Fi colony, Technology hood, the block is named DotCom and I still live in it and I’m still BL there.

I can only give you all one good piece of advice : Stay calm and relax!

As you can see I have had tons of jobs, just because I want to make some changes now and then. And I have hovered around CT a lot, LOL

Over the year I have been here, I have had good fun and a good reputation in CT and I intend to keep it that way.
