The rest of the officers who were still alive caught Jack, the-ripper-head. He was put in jail. The mayor rewarded kirkz2001 with a key to the city. Kirkz2001 used it wisely, unlike so many who had been banned, busted, jailed or fled the scene!

     He was offered a security commissioner job for the Mass Murderer Task Force and he took it. Whenever there was a problem he was there to sort it out.
