5.2 Trillion Dollars in Business Sector Lost!

We are sure you have noticed the modern trend in reporting business losses. In the 21st century we talk about what could have been profits. When those profits don't happen, they suddenly become losses bemoaned as if they were real. Collected Virtual News is the very first to "break" this story of the business loss no one is talking about. Just remember: YOU saw it here first!

NBC reports "The 260 gigatons of water lost per year was more than would be expected from previous satellite estimates, which were limited in scope. "

Think of the profits in bottled water that were lost over the years this study covers! Why it would sink any other business sector! But this story ( a boat floating on missing water) has been dry-docked and no one is talking about it, except US!

"Bottled water is drinking water (e.g., well water, distilled water, Mineral water, or spring water) packaged in plastic or glass water bottles. Bottled water may be carbonated or not. Sizes range from small single serving bottles to large carboys for water coolers." (Wikipedia link below)

We have calculated this loss bases on the lowest expected profitability on a single bottle of water. Of course with profits ranging from 15% to 600% for a bottle of water, you can see the magnitude of loss here without all the following calculations! Just to make it clear, our calculations will show the range of loss!

Gigaton will be our standard. One ton is 2000 lbs. or 907.1847 kg. One gigaton is 10 petagram 1015 or one gigaton is : 907.1847.000.000.000 kg (more or less). Our selected bottle is a 500 ml, 1.05 PT or 16.9 FL oz. which weighs about a pound for our calculations (again WE are being conservative! Actually it is 1.1 lbs. but... CONSERVATIVE!!!) Therefore: One gigaton is 2,000,000,000,000 lbs! At a mere $.10 per pound we can calculate the loss at 20,000,000,000.00 BILLION dollars. So 26 gigatons would be 520 BILLION dollars USD at our low ball profit/loss figure. At a far higher figure of a mere $1 profit/loss per bottle we arrive at 5.20 TRILLION Dollars of profit lost to the Industry... And no one else is talking about it! Just remember: YOU saw it here on CVN first!

Browser Use and Navigation

As we experimented browser use with HTML 5, we discovered that Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Slimbrowser work very well. Internet Explorer always asks us to run Active X script, then does a good job once that is approved. Without the Active X script running, the page reformats incorrectly. We suspect that may not be true with newer versions, but IE 8 is the latest edition we can currently use. Anyone using a different browser, we would love to hear from you about your experience browsing our pages.

We Are Recruiting Writers, Graphic Artists, Tech specialists and Collaborators!

Sure, it's a dream! We all have dreams. Everyone wants something and we are no different.

We are currently looking for all the free help we can get. Over the years, we have discovered a lot of talented people who never thought they could write, edit, or have the fun of producing web stories people would read. We offer free training and publishing opportunities.

We have always recruited. and always will. Unpaid jobs are ALWAYS available.

There is always the possibility that we will come up with a project idea that will pay, and participants in such a project would also get paid. So bring your dreams and let's chat!

See our "You Can Contact us" section for ways to get in touch. The section is located at the very top in the left column. Once you contact us, we also have Skype and a phone # for possible follow up.
