This issue was published on 10/30/13. This year on 07/01/14 I received the following missive that resulted in a further exchange of emails. The sender may or may not be accurate. Investigation did suggest the hidden email underlying the one presented here may be from the the person named or site. Therefore on Day 2 of this entity's clock ticking threat, we temporarily replace the article attacked until we have response from counsel.

Plase note the use of the word slander, rather than libel.

What is the difference between libel and slander?
Libel and slander are both forms of defamation. Defamation is a common law tort, governed by state law, in which an individual makes a "publication" of a defamatory statement of and concerning the plaintiff that damages the reputation of the plaintiff. The distinction between slander and libel comes in the form of the publication.

Initially we were hoping to be able to present both sides of what has become a dispute over fact and opinion, but this entity is also trying to prevent that, adding we could not publish those corrections. Since this is a long archived issue that has sat quietly on our virtual shelf, in the archives for almost nine months, we will contact our lawyer and go from there. We did receive a list of concerns that seemed consistent with the possible source of this email and followed that up with more questions. We were pleased to get responses to all but our final four questions and hope to bring you the full text of that email exchange in the near future.
